Approval is decided solely by the bank or payment provider. K‑Filer prepares and supports the application but cannot guarantee approval.
State filing fees are set by each state and change from time to time — Wyoming and Delaware are the two we recommend most often. Registered agent and US address are included for the first year with every package and renew annually.

Questions founders actually ask
No. Everything is filed remotely with your passport and basic details. You never need to travel, and you do not need a US visa, green card or SSN to own a US LLC.
For most non‑US founders selling online or offering services, Wyoming is the practical default — low annual cost and no state income tax. Delaware makes sense if you expect to raise venture funding. If you have staff or a physical presence somewhere specific, we will tell you.
The LLC itself is filed in 1–2 business days. The EIN runs on the IRS clock: without an SSN it goes through a slower manual route, typically a few weeks. Our faster path is included in Launch & File. We will always give you the current realistic range instead of a marketing number.
Often, yes, with the right documents. We prepare your formation papers, EIN letter and address so that the bank and Stripe applications match exactly what they expect — which is where most rejections come from. Approval is decided solely by the bank or payment provider; we prepare and support the application but cannot guarantee approval.
It depends on where the work is performed and how the LLC is structured; many non‑resident owners owe no US federal income tax but still must file. Filing is not optional — missed forms like 5472 carry heavy penalties. We prepare and file the returns, and flag anything that needs a licensed professional.
That is fine. You can buy any service on its own — EIN, ITIN, bookkeeping catch‑up, back filings or just annual compliance. Tell us the current state of things and we will pick it up from there.
